About me
As a passionate and competitive trail runner, I believe in efficient and purposeful training, without ever losing the fun and beauty of trail running.
That same approach is what I use to help other trail runners train smarter and reach their goals.
My Journey
I started trail running a few years ago, drawn by the combination of nature, adventure, and challenge. What began as a personal passion quickly grew into a deeper interest in understanding how to train effectively for the demands of trail running. Over the years, I’ve combined hands-on experience with scientific principles to continuously improve my own performance.
As I progressed, I began coaching colleagues, applying the same training principles I use in my own preparation. Seeing them become stronger, more consistent, and more confident confirmed my belief in structured, purposeful training. I strongly believe that consistency, balance, and recovery are key to long-term progress.
Today, I use this approach to guide both recreational and experienced trail runners towards their goals, helping them train smarter, stay motivated, and enjoy the process along the way.
